HOW TO INVEST WITH US

Investors buy units in the investment offerings. Unit value is $25000.  Investors can buy as an individual entity or under an LLC.  

 

Getting started is easy and you are in control. Our team can help build a portfolio, or you can pick individual assets to invest in. With both options, our investors benefit from unprecedented transparency and liquidity

Review and select an investment offering and pick the number of units to invest

Review Pinnacle Capital offering document, sign and consent to invest

Transfer funds to Pinnacle Capital

Receive investment certificate for the number of units purchased

4

Once the investment offering is fully funded, a LLC is formed for the investment opportunity with the subscribed members

LLC operating agreement is distributed for signatures with respective % ownership in the asset

6

Investment asset is managed as an independent entity till the asset is sold; regular updates on progress and quarterly financial reports are provided for full transparency
